We have developed transparent redress policies that were disseminated to our students so that they can devote full attention to their studies, in the knowledge that assistance is available should they need it. Our student's handbook and marketing communication have details of all types of fees payable - tuition and also the non-tuition payments that they are required to pay e.g. registration fee, exam fee, etc. in connection with their enrolment for the respective courses.
Our teachers and lecturers are selected based on their language mastery, experience; and the dedication shown to be accepted as a teaching staff. The number of full-time teachers/lecturers is 20.
