Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act, 2004
Undertaking of Cambridge School of Education
Cambridge School of Education may be liable for any misrepresentation or unfair practice as defined by the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act, 2004 by our appointed agents or their servants or agents.
To lend support to our undertaking, the activities of our agents are governed by an Agreement outlining specifically their roles and responsibilities and, also the punitive measures; e.g. dismissal or legal action, that would be taken against those responsible for any willful misrepresentation or unfair practices defined under the above mentioned act in the recruitment of students.Our agents are aware of the responsibilities placed on them and control measures are in place to ensure their proper conduct and performance to safeguard the students' interests.
